A Valsa Do Pódio : Abertura from Daniel Bruson on Vimeo. I was invited by directors Daniel Hanai and Bruno Carneiro to create this opening scene for their short documentary "A Valsa Do Pódio" ("The Podium Waltz"). The movie tells the story of Terezinha Guilhermina, a visually impaired brazilian runner who, with the help of her guide Guilherme Santana, won two gold medals in the London 2012 Paralympics, and since then is the world record holder in the 100 meters sprint. A fun little project about funky socks and gloves to usher in the spring break! Throne - "Tharsis Sleeps" Trailer from Nicos Livesey on Vimeo. Teaser for Throne's music video 'Tharsis Sleeps'. Cupidiculous from Panop Koonwat on Vimeo. Cupidiculous(2014) is a motion graphic project fusing 2D cel-animation and 3D techniques together. It conveys a humor story about Cupid, who makes Adam and Eve fall in love. But this act of love leads to overpopulation, overconsumption and global warming. So he has to find the way to fix these problems. Most characters and elements have been done in 3D but rendered as 2D flat vector look with poppy pastel, splashy and heightened color schemes. Then added more 2D liquid speed lines by drawing frame by frame. Even though laughter is the major objective, but Cupidiculous also delivers critical messages covertly. More or less audiences will get that with absolutely enjoyment. To all who would desecrate tombs from Ben Ommundson on Vimeo. Now with awesome sound design by the talented Wesley Slover!
