As 1972 draws to a close Glasgow is gripped with fear by the self-styled ‘St.Mungo’; a serial killer bent on purging Glasgow of its greed, corruption and sin by working his ‘miracles’ across The No Mean City. One by one politicians, policemen, industrialists and citizens fall in an increasingly macabre style.
